Bering Yachts proudly announces the launch of the completely redesigned B65 explorer yacht, marking the successful culmination of a busy launch week that also saw the B80 and B121 yachts take to the water. This impressive 19.78-meter raised pilothouse yacht upholds the Bering tradition of crafting steel displacement vessels renowned for stability, safety, comfort, and exceptional range.
Hull number four of the B65 series represents a significant evolution based on invaluable feedback from previous B65 owners and captains. The result is a vastly improved explorer yacht boasting a double-level flybridge with a dedicated boat deck and crane on the lower level. The upper level features a spacious lounge area, a grill, and a meticulously designed helm station optimized for owner-operator control during cruising.
The main deck offers a pilothouse with an impressive viewing angle for confident navigation, complemented by a spacious and well-equipped galley. Adjacent to the pilothouse is a magnificent 16-square-meter main saloon boasting panoramic windows and a state-of-the-art entertainment center. This inviting space seamlessly connects to the cockpit, which conveniently leads to a swim platform on the lower deck, accessible through dual outboard stairwells.
The lower deck provides luxurious accommodations for six guests and two crew members. The layout features a master stateroom, two comfortable guest cabins, and a dedicated crew mess. A sizable storage area sits conveniently next to the engine room, which houses twin diesel engines and other essential machinery. Bering Yachts prioritizes guest comfort, and the B65 boasts exceptional sound insulation surrounding the engine room, effectively eliminating noise and vibration.
The B65’s interior design exudes a modern and homely atmosphere. It is characterized by bright colors, thoughtful design touches, and an ergonomic layout that prioritizes both functionality and comfort.
“The launch of the B65 is a testament to Bering Yachts’ unwavering commitment to continuous improvement,” said Bering Yachts founder Alexei Mikhailov. “We believe in constantly evolving and refining our designs, even for models that have already received critical acclaim. We have meticulously rethought every aspect of this yacht, incorporating cutting-edge technology and invaluable insights from our esteemed owners and captains. This relentless pursuit of improvement exemplifies the Bering way.”
A true ocean-crossing explorer, the B65 embodies ruggedness and power. With a displacement of 102 metric tons and sizable fuel tanks capable of holding 16,800 liters, the B65 boasts an impressive range, allowing for uninterrupted journeys exceeding 4,000 miles at a comfortable cruising speed of 8 knots.
The B65 will undergo extensive sea trials throughout the summer to rigorously test and optimize all systems before handover to its discerning owner. Stay tuned for further updates on Bering Yachts’ exciting new fleet additions!
