Bering Yachts is closely monitoring the recent incident involving the yacht Familia in Sinop, Türkiye. We are deeply saddened by this unfortunate event and extend our sincere concern and support to the owner and everyone affected.

We are relieved that all crew members are safe, with no injuries reported. The safety and well-being of those on board have always been, and remain, our highest priority.

The yacht was originally delivered by Bering Yachts in 2025 and successfully completed a full cruising season. In 2026, it underwent a modification project carried out independently by a third party.

We will continue to follow the developments closely and remain in contact with the owner during this challenging time. Our thoughts are with all those involved.
