Bering Yachts is proud to announce a strategic shift in our production process. We are consolidating all aluminum work—including the production of superstructures—for our expedition catamarans at our well-equipped Bulgarian shipyard. This move covers our entire range, from the Bering Marine 50 to the Bering Catamaran 80, ensuring that every component is built to the highest standards of quality and precision.
Working with aluminum demands specialized skills and controlled conditions. Our Bulgarian facility performs advanced aluminum welding in an environment designed to maximize strength and durability. Our collaboration with top Northern European suppliers for prefabricated aluminum marks a significant technological advancement, streamlining our production process and enhancing overall quality.
Our Bulgarian shipyard is a professional facility with the capacity to build up to 16 vessels ranging from 50 to 80 feet. For our smaller boats, this consolidation enables a full-cycle production process that is both efficient and cost-effective. Meanwhile, the hulls for larger models are constructed in Antalya, where intensive engineering and management processes are centralized. Once the superstructures are completed in Bulgaria, they are seamlessly shipped to Antalya for integration with the hulls, ensuring a cohesive and robust build.
This strategic consolidation is a key element in our commitment to innovation and excellence in yacht building. By centralizing our aluminum work, Bering Yachts is better equipped to meet the demands of modern marine exploration while setting new industry benchmarks for quality and performance.
