Partnership with Turkiye Yacht Captains & Professionals Association Antalya Branch

Bering Yachts is excited to share the highlights from our recent Captains Day Meeting held at the Bering Antalya Shipyard. In collaboration with Turkiye Yacht Captains and Professionals Association Antalya Branch members, this event marked a significant milestone in our mission to elevate maritime standards through open dialogue, expert feedback, and forward-thinking initiatives.

Engaging with Maritime Experts

The event brought together seasoned maritime professionals and our team to explore the concept of modern naval exploration. Our meeting started with comprehensive introductions, outlining the vision behind Bering Yachts. Attendees were invited to discuss the practical implications of our exploration approach, sharing their insights and perspectives on what modern naval exploration means in today’s rapidly evolving industry.

Bering Yachts CEO and Founder Aleksei Mikhailov was active throughout the day. Aleksei engaged directly with the captains, paying close attention to their insights and emphasizing the vital role that experienced maritime professionals play in shaping the future of our company. His involvement underscored our commitment to transparency, continuous improvement, and building strong relationships within the naval community.

A Deep Dive into Bering’s Exploration Approach

During the meeting, captains expressed their strong appreciation for Bering’s commitment to openness and consultancy-level feedback – a rare opportunity in the maritime sector. Detailed discussions were held on our production methods, current market trends, and the unique factors that set Bering apart from the competition. This in-depth dialogue reinforced our innovative approach and provided valuable insights that will help drive future advancements.

Facility Tour: A Closer Look at Our Operations

A highlight of the day was the comprehensive tour of our Antalya Shipyard. Participants explored our docks and the catamaran construction area and enjoyed an on-water walkthrough of our vessel. During the tour, guests visited several key projects: the Bering 125 and Bering 145, the BC60 Catamaran, currently under construction, and the Bering 88, which has already been launched. The captains offered both commendations and constructive feedback on various aspects – from material selection to design details – underscoring the high standards we strive to maintain.

Looking to the Future: The Bering Academy Initiative

The meeting concluded with the introduction of the “Bering Academy” initiative, a new project aimed at developing highly skilled captains through world-class, selective training. The captains responded enthusiastically and expressed keen interest in participating in this collaborative effort. This initiative represents our dedication to fostering excellence and setting new industry benchmarks in maritime training.

A Promising Partnership Ahead

The Captains Day Meeting has set the stage for a promising and ongoing partnership with experienced maritime professionals. At Bering Yachts, we are excited to leverage this collaboration to enhance further our standards, offerings, and overall contribution to modern naval exploration.
